1. Overview
We want every participant to feel good about their decision. Because the Masterclass is a low-cost, live, interactive session with limited seats, refunds are handled under a simple, predictable policy designed to be fair to participants and to people on our waitlist.
2. Eligible refunds
You are eligible for a 100% refund of the Masterclass fee (INR 199) if:
- You email us a refund request at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the live session, AND
- You have not accessed any bonus material that was delivered ahead of the live session.
3. Not eligible
Refund requests will not be processed in the following cases:
- Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.
- Requests made after the live session has begun, regardless of whether you attended.
- No-shows (you registered but did not join the live session).
- Cases where pre-session bonus materials, audio downloads, or recordings have already been accessed.
- Refunds requested due to internet, device, hardware, or local infrastructure issues on your side.
- Refunds requested because of a change of mind about the subject matter (the page describes the content in advance; please read before paying).
4. How to request
To request a refund, email support@avinashanandsingh.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund request — <your full name>"
- The registered email address used at checkout.
- Your payment transaction reference (from the confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated, helps us improve).
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days of approval. The amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not control bank settlement timelines.
6. Recording add-on (INR 299)
The optional recording add-on becomes non-refundable once the live session has begun, because the recording is generated from that session.
If you purchased the recording add-on but cancel before the live session begins (and within the eligibility window above), the recording fee is refunded in full along with the Masterclass fee.
7. If we cancel or reschedule
In the unlikely event that we cancel or postpone the Masterclass, you can choose:
- A full refund of any amount you paid, or
- A free transfer of your seat (and any bonuses) to the next available session.
