Refund Policy — Avinash Anand Singh

1. Overview

This policy applies to every paid course, live session, workshop, programme, recording, and digital product offered by Avinash Anand Singh / Blue Dot Transform Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (the "Services"). Our Services are live, seat-limited, and deliver access and materials immediately after purchase. For this reason, all purchases are final.

In short — once a service or product is purchased, the amount paid is non-refundable. There is no cancellation window. Please review the details, date, and time on the page carefully before you pay.

2. All sales are final

By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to a live and/or digital Service, and that the amount paid is not refundable, in whole or in part, once the purchase is complete — regardless of whether you attend, complete, or use the Service.

The details, curriculum, date, and timing of each Service are described in advance on its page. We encourage you to read them fully and to reach out with any questions before you pay.

3. No refunds

Refunds will not be provided, including (without limitation) in the following situations:

A change of mind after purchase.
You are unable to attend, miss the live session, or join late.
No-shows — you registered or paid but did not join the live session.
Dissatisfaction with subject matter that was described in advance on the page.
Internet, device, browser, hardware, or local infrastructure issues on your side.
Partial attendance, or partial use of any session, materials, or recording.
Failure to access materials because of an incorrect email, phone number, or contact detail provided at checkout.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence — including EU/UK consumer rules, USA state consumer-protection statutes, Australian Consumer Law, Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act. Where such law requires a remedy that cannot be excluded, that law prevails to the extent it applies.

5. Duplicate or wrong charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error due to a payment or technical fault on our side, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full. Email support@avinashanandsingh.com with your payment reference and we will investigate promptly. Approved corrections are initiated within 3 business days and typically reflect in your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Recordings & add-ons

Optional add-ons — including any session recording, community access, or supplementary material — are digital products delivered as part of your order and are non-refundable once purchased, on the same basis as the Services above.

7. If we cancel or reschedule

In the unlikely event that we cancel a live Service outright and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, you may choose:

A transfer of your enrolment to the next available session, or
A refund of the amount you paid for that Service.

Rescheduling a session to a new date or time is not a cancellation, and does not by itself create a right to a refund; your enrolment carries over to the new date.
